The Hotel Niky provides a variety of rooms, including suites and standard rooms, each equipped with a private entrance, air conditioning, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator for cooking and storing food. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a seating area, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, offering city views. Some room types also feature a living area with a table, sofa, armchair, and work area, along with a second TV in the bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a bath and hairdryer. The maximum occupancy for these rooms is three guests, and extra beds or baby cots may be available upon request.
